KK German is a licensed Real Estate Agent and has been buying & selling homes for over 30 years. She specializes and takes great pride in assisting active and retired military who are relocating to and from Hampton Roads. Being the daughter of a two-star General, KK is familiar with the specific needs of military personnel and their families and also knows the importance of noticing the details and being organized.In addition to working with our troops, KK loves to work with first time home buyers and help them to purchase their American Dream with little to no money out of pocket. She remembers the joy of purchasing her first home and believes everyone deserves to share in that feeling and achieve the American dream of home ownership.
Prior to her Real Estate career, KK served as a musician in the U.S. Army, and spent twenty-one years in management in the fields of real estate development, property management, and the architectural fields. Education and training are paramount to KK. She believes that if she is going to do something, she should do it right. Her passion for learning drove her to graduate Summa Cum Laude from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA. Since embarking on her real estate career, that passion for learning has not dwindled. She has far exceeded the Virginia educational 
requirements while pursuing extensive on-going training in her field. KK also has vast knowledge in home staging that has proven to be a tremendous asset to her clients to improve the salability of many homes. She has also completed an intensive Advanced Individual Training Series provided by nationally recognized Johnny Loewy, that covered a broad range of topics from marketing listings for a quick sale to assisting families in danger of foreclosure and contract negotiations.
As a former military ‘brat’, KK has lived in many parts of the world such as Italy, Germany, and Vietnam and she has a strong ability to relate to and communicate with people from diverse backgrounds. In her free time, she enjoys astrology, yoga, do-it-yourself projects at home, playing piano, dancing, and spending time with her family. KK German is a warm and caring person who gains great satisfaction from her job. She loves to share the joy of home ownership with others and can’t wait to help you achieve your real estate goals.
